Patrik Petersson is a Scandinavian industrial designer working at the intersection of lifestyle, technology, and form. Shaped by several years in California’s innovation ecosystem, Patrik developed a design approach rooted in experimentation, speed, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. During this time, he held the role of Principal Designer at Matternet, where he worked on autonomous drone systems within the healthcare space, translating advanced technology into refined, human-centered product experiences operating at the intersection of infrastructure, logistics, and care.
His broader experience ranges from lifestyle-driven consumer products to technically advanced systems, giving him a versatile perspective on how design can respond to different contexts, whether creating emotionally engaging products for everyday use or building trust and clarity in more complex environments such as healthcare.
Working across startups, in-house teams, and international design consultancies, Patrik often moves between creative leadership and hands-on execution. He collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams and manufacturing partners across Asia, guiding projects from early concept through to production, always aligning user insight, brand intent, and technical feasibility.
